Burak Güvenç

Born in Ankara in 1975. Graduated from Middle East Technical University, Civil Engineering department in 1997 and received an M.S. degree in Construction Management division in 2000, while working as a student assistant.

Now working as an engineer and designer for his own company, mainly dealing with historical buildings' restoration.

Started photography in 1997. Attended darkroom seminars of Ankara Photographers' Association (AFSAD) in 2000 and afterwards participated in workshops organized by Tarik Yurtgezer and İsa Ozdemir as well. Member of AFSAD since March 2003.

Photographic works mainly depict body and object abstractions.
