He was born in Ankara in 1962. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration.
He is currently working as a news photographer and news writer at "Turk Telekom",
monthly magazine of Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S.
He started to photography at AFSAD's (Ankara Association of Photograph Artists)
seminars in 1997. At the same year he completed "the basic training on photography"
and "advanced training of dark room techniques", organized by The Institute of
Photography Arts (FSK). He is an active member of AFSAD and FSK.
He worked in AFSAD's Exhibition Performance Unit at 1998. His photographs were
on exhibition on miscellaneous themes under AFSAD's structure, such as: 1998 -
collective exhibition on Music theme, 1999- collective exhibition on Technology
theme, 2000- AFSAD's exhibition on its 20th anniversary. He participated in 2003
collective exhibition on Beypazari theme at Cankaya Municipality's center of Modern
Arts. This collection was later exhibited at various halls. He also took part
in miscellaneous collective-slide shows. Some of his photographs made the cover
page on the "Turk Telekom" Magazine. He is currently working on black & white
photography mostly.
